Response to Israel Dreams post on the many lies attacking Israel.

My response:
Your gift to divide between bone and marrow is amazing to me and I believe, from G-d. You, along with us all, are not perfect, but truth is important. Like breath and water is important.
I am a Christian called to the Lutheran Church. 3 of my closet girlfriends, including my best friend from age 6, are Roman Catholic. For us, Messiah unites us and where there is division from, it is of human origin, not G-d. G-d is not confused as to truth or to Who He Is, but humans, self included, tend toward pride, which Proverbs says is an abomination to G-d, as is lying and a false witness… (Proverbs 6:16-19)
When intelligence is used to the glory of G-d, submitted to the love and truth of G-d in worship of G-d, it is a beautiful, precious gift.
But when intellect is used to glorify and exalt self, pride or the spirits of the air that desire to usurp G-d and man’s G-d given authority to worship Him in this earth, it is horrendous, despicable and a destructive force as evil and deadly as any bomb, destroying not just bodies, but souls and eternal lives. No wonder the Ceator, loving, all powerful G-d hates lies, pride and false reports.
Those who truly walk with G-d will be humble, not proud, able to admit when they do not know or understand things. Standing in the truth they have firmly, yet acknowledging the value of those around them and others thoughts, for others, too are made in the image of G-d. They will not listen to the father of lies, for G-d is their Father and speaks truth. Yet, with King David we all must pray,

Pride desires to be right and to be known for good works. Humility acknowledges that only G-d is good. (Mk. 10:18) That we know in part (1 Cor. 13) and that agape love is the greatest and for that we must go to the Source, which is G-d.
I am blessed with friends and aquaintances from many different belief systems, Jewish, Muslim, atheist, Wiccan and others. We may disagree strongly, but we can (usually😊) disagree peacefully and find common ground for discussion.
But differing gods and belief systems certainly brings chaos and strife as what is true and right and wrong, as well as priorities are dependant on those beliefs. (Even within the Christian belief system, when we stray into pride and away from Truth of G-ds love and Word, conflict often arises.)
The fact that humanity has not self destructed over all this is proof to me the all powerful, all loving G-d exists! Holding everything together (sun, moon, stars, earth) still through His mighty Word.
Regarding Christians verbally attacking Jews for being Jewish, that is folly, unScriptural and contrary to sound thinking or reason.

[1] I ask, then, has G-d rejected his people? By no means! For I myself am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, a member of the tribe of Benjamin.

[11] So I ask, did they stumble in order that they might fall? By no means! Rather, through their trespass salvation has come to the Gentiles, so as to make Israel jealous. [12] Now if their trespass means riches for the world, and if their failure means riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their full inclusion mean!
[17] But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, although a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing root of the olive tree, [18] 💥do not be arrogant toward the branches.💥 If you are, remember it is not you who support the root, but the root that supports you.

Have some Jewish people done horrible things? Yes. Have some atheists done heinous crimes in the name of “no God”? Yes. (Stalin, Mao Te Sung to name a couple)
Have Americans done heinous acts? 🙄🙄Do not even get me started. African slave trade, crimes against native Americans. The current hellish sex trade (more numerous than the African slavery) fuled by porn which some of those who thoroughly denounce the slave traders of the past, enjoy being the slave traders through porn of today… Ow.
We happily purchash cheap items made in China some by slaves and some barely surviving and rejoice in our great prosperity and wealth.🤢
Those who denounce, and rightly so, the African slave horrors make no comment on the horrors being done in Africa by Africans to other Africans today.
If greed is listed in the Bible alongside murder and adultery, who here should throw the first stone…?
The horrific Problem is not Christians or Jews, Muslims, aethists or any other group per se –
the Problem is humanity.
All of us.
The answer is still, to this day, since the Garden of Eden, simply believing G-d. Turning to him. Seeking him in every moment. Thanking and praising Him continually for food, blessings of earth and sky, water, sunrise, DNA. Worshipping him alone, to the best of our ability and hunbly trusting in His mercy and love when we cant. Jeshua or Jesus means, “The L-RD saves.” Hearing and believing Him, though at times it is so painful. Did it cost Abraham nothing to forever leave his family and friends? To offer up his son Issac, all the while knowing, “the L-rd will provide the Sacrifice?” And He did. Salvation belongs to God alone. Look to me, you ends of the earth and be saved.
Psalm 62:1 ESV
[1] For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.
Revelation 7:10 ESV
[10] and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”

[22] “Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.
We must stop trying to save ourselves.
Humanity is still trying to play the “I’m better than you.” game started by Cain. It never ends well, the lack of faith in G-d’s provision and love… The lying feelings of better than or less than. “Be still,” G-d says, “and Know that I Am G-d.”
Instead of heeding and resting in the Father’s love, like Abel who knowing he was loved, nothing to prove, peacefully, obediently offered a lamb…his faith in God welling up into loving action, obedient response. And God was pleased, for without faith it is impossible to please God.
And to this the decendants of Jacob were and called. To attest to the faith of Abraham that works by love, as he followed G-d leaving his family and homeland to travel into the unknown that G-d knew, where he would go.
And to testify to the power and might of the Living G-d who rescued them from Egypt, desiring and commanding they worship no other god, yet how often did Israel fail His passionate loving command, soon afterwards creating a golden calf and worshipping it, then again time and time again with the gods of other nations – gods whose names are forgotten and whose worship has been gone for millennium, yet the worship of the eternal G-d continues on…now through Messiah, His worship is spread all over the world.
And when every lie against Israel, and any that have seeped into Israel, are forever gone, the Truth about the Justice and Love of the G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the Creator of the Universe, will forever endure, long after this this world and universe are gone.
Since the fall, humans have been doing what we in our new found “intelligence” think to be good and right. Thinking, like Adam and Eve, we now can be like G-d, knowing good from evil🙄😪 truth from lies…but it is only when we come back to G-d from whom we were separated that truth can take root.
It is G-d alone who can save us from the insanity we have created, trying to please ourselves rather than simply rest in G-d’s truth, grace and love.
Blessed are all who seek refuge in Him. Ps. 2:12
Many quote, “the truth will set you free…” but do not meet the condition and so do not know the Truth.
John 8:31-36 ESV
[31] So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, [32] and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
[33] They answered him, “We are offspring of Abraham and have never been enslaved to anyone. How is it that you say, ‘You will become free’?”
