“…I pray for this country’s protection. And that we do not follow the route of Russia (atheist Stalin) and Germany (secularized Hitler) that started with Christianity, but failed to continue in the truth of Christ, his Mercy, Grace and his love.
When the Christianity becomes a facade, When Love for God and people and Truth ebbs away, and in its place pride, greed, immorality (adultery with the world and pleasure rather than fervent love God), when lies and self-centeredness put on Christian clothes, I don’t think there’s anything more dangerous.
But God knows. I just pray to God we wake up.
Because it’s only Jesus Christ that can defeat the evil dark things of the world.
And at the cross he did and calls every person to come into the victory to conquer through him the pride, the lies, the greed and all of the other things that destroy. Certainly the word of God, like the law of gravity, stands true, whether people have knowledge of it or not. But this life is only one small piece of the Eternal picture.
It is only here in this life that we can suffer in love for God as He suffered for us.”
